The
Duplex house area 40m2(Upstairs+Downstairs=80m2). The
upstairs area consist of saloon, Kitchen,Terrace ,WC. In downstairs ;
parent bed room, children room,
bathroom/WC and terrace. Our duplex house has equipped with satellite
Tv system. The location of house 5Km to Datca.(near by Surf Camping) After passing through Billurkent&Karaincir&Haunted
House&SurfCamping. The house is in the "Usaklılar Datca Holiday
Site" near by the sea.
The
distance from cost
100-150m.(but there is no sea view from house). You can use umbrellas&deck
chairs&bath near by the sea without any fee. You can supply daily
requirement from grocer which is in site. In the beach cafeteria , you
can drink& have meal. In the Center of Datca, you can buy anything from
big Supermarket which is the name MIGROS.
The doblex house is inside of Usaklılar Holiday Site so
peoples are mainly Turkish but our neibours are very hot for foreign,you
can see the Turkish Hospitality. Also surf camp is near the site .(about
1 km). İf you have a surf then you can make surf byself.Weather and wind
is suitable for surfing. if you haven't got surf then I think you can
rent it from surf camp.(I am not sure about renting issue,may be not
possible.)
